Cosmos Creator is the next generation in 3D app creation.
Is Cosmos Creator a Game Engine or a 3D modeler? In fact it's both and so
much more. Cosmos Creator is a next generation interactive 3D (i-3D)
application-authoring environment for creating real time 3D applications such
as video games, architectural visualizations or virtual reality environments

to create and edit 3D and 2D scenes while "playing" the game or walking through
scenes within the development environment. There's a simple set of VCR like
buttons that allows the scene to be played, stopped and paused without ever
leaving the editor! Central to Cosmos Creator's workflow, features such

productivity and banish the frustrations associated with using multiple editors
to create and view your 3D games and online i-3D content. The final application
run time viewer (RWViewer.exe) is virtually the same code that's used by the
editor itself, so no additional development or conversion is required to publish

Cosmos Creator enables you to use procedurally created 3D scene assets as
well as polygon meshes and bitmap textures. Procedurally created assets such
as geometry and texture maps only require the saving of the “procedure” of
how they were created, not the individual polygons or pixels, making the finished
application (.RWD) files extremely small. For example, it is not uncommon using
procedurally created assets to have a very complex scene (or game level) with
250,000 polygons, and hundreds of textures in an .RWD file less than a 50k
in size! This makes it possible to fit very large scenes in a very small space,
making 3D content deliverable over slow modem connections, without hours of
download time. Designers, developers and organizations no longer have to worry
whether or not their customers have broadband in order to access their interactive
3D content. Cosmos Creator can be used to effectively deliver online interactive
3D experiences to customers who have either a dial up or a broad band Internet
connection.
