Our staff of experts is led by our own Dave Overton. Dave is a member of Usenix and SAGE, with over 15 years experience in data communications and the person responsible for building, designing and maintaining the SYIX.COM network. We know communications, we know networking!
Each customers requirements are carefully measured by determining your needs, and carefully molding our network operations to meet that need. All network connections have the following in common:
A NC1 engineer will help you establish your basic IP connectivity to the Internet.
NC1 will order and manage the installation of your dedicated line. Additionally, NC1 will
proactively
monitor and maintain your circuit and resolve all problems.
NC1 will provide you with a USENET news feed at no additional charge. NC1's news machines
exchange
news articles with major backbone providers.
NC1 will provide Domain Name registration and both primary and secondary DNS services for
your
domains, or NC1 can provide secondary DNS services only.
Dedicated IP addresses. NC1 can provide for your IP address needs, and route them as
necessary.
As a leased line NC1 customer you can expect to have service within 30 days or less,
depending on your physical location and the network facilities available there.
