First off, the Internet is almost all setup for a screen resolution of 800x600x256 colors, some of it even setup for 800x600x16Million colors!  That's right, if your monitor isn't setup to use the higher resolutions, you will be missing out!

First off, lets look at the TEST SCREEN.   Note the largest resolution you can see, and return here for more help.

Now, if you saw only the RED 640x480 section, you MUST find your way into your video settings, and increase that to 800 x 600 as fast as possible.  There are instructions on your computer, and with the documentation that came with it, on how to do this, PLEASE DON'T call us, this is outside your Internet Companies control, and we are not setup to fix this kind of problem.
