Open Your FTP Program

Host Name : ftp2.syix.com
Host Type : Automatic Detect
User ID     : Your Login name  (without the P)
Password :  Your Login Password
be sure to click on the Save password option,
Give this  configuration a name and save it   (profile name" My Website")

Now select the files (from the folder you saved them in) to transfer to your website. Transfer them (either by clicking upload or an arrow pointing to the right.).
If you experience a challenge (since there can't be a problem) Read the readme files that came with your FTP Program.
